How To Take Care of Your Silk

Silk should always be worn slightly loose and not skin tight.
Handle carefully when wearing watches and jewellery to avoid snagging.
Avoid direct contact with chemicals and perfumes.
NEVER use bleach.
It is recommended that pure silk garments be dry cleaned. This will extend the life of the garment and protect its natural beauty.
Silk can also be washed by hand using a neutral/mild detergent in cool water.
Hang or dry flat.
Wash dark colours separately and do not mix with non-delicate garments.
Iron only at the silk setting and for best results, just when the garment is about 90% dry.
