All items are shown in New Zealand Dollars.
We have a flat rate within New Zealand of $10.00 per order by courier.
Shipping rates from orders overseas NZ$20.00.
Within New Zealand orders are delivered by NZ Couriers and will reach you within 3-5 days from dispatch
To Australia, your order will be sent by airmail and will arrive in 3-6 working days.

Credit Card Transactions

If your browser doesn’t support secure transactions, then you won’t be able to complete the buying process.
We process all orders immediately, and do not keep details of your credit card on file. So every time you order you will need to supply credit card details.
The information you give us will not be sold, misused, or passed on to a third party.
We guarantee you will be satisfied with Lullaby Lavender products. However, should you receive an item and consider it is not up to the expectations conveyed by our website, or the quality normally associated with such an item, and you wish to return the item, then the following conditions apply –
The return must be communicated to us within seven days of receiving the item(s).
The items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
Return shipping by economy post will be organised by you.
The total amount refunded will include the original purchase price and shipping costs.
The refund will be forwarded when the good are received by us.
Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, including damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning the goods.
After purchasing and submitting your details to us, and before transfer of funds has occurred, it is possible to cancel the order. This can be done by emailing us and confirming the cancellation. If the cancellation occurs after funds have been transferred, we will endeavour to refund less additional transaction and handling fees or costs as applicable.
